Welcome to Exbury

We are planning an exciting project... We want to transform our historic glasshouse and the surrounding Five Arrows Courtyard area into a vibrant Heritage Glasshouse Hub – a place where horticulture, art, education and wellbeing come together. Take our survey and tell us what you would like to see in the transformed, historic glasshouse. Take our survey.

With the exception of our two Christmas weekends, the gardens are now closed for the season.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all our members and visitors who chose to spend their precious time at Exbury Gardens & Steam Railway this year, enjoying the gardens and our many events.

We look forward to spending more time with you at Christmas at Exbury (29-30 November and 6-7 December), and from 7 March 2026.  Friends of Exbury members can enjoy a special preview week at the start of the 2026 season from 1 March.
